THE PAY 💰
▪️ Solo Rate: 70+ CPM
▪️ Team Rate: 80+ CPM
▪️ Guaranteed Miles: 4,000–4,500 every week = consistent miles, no guessing.
▪️ All Miles Paid: Loaded or empty - straight pay, no games.
▪️ Tarp Pay: $75 per load
▪️ Extra Pick/Drop: $200 each
▪️ Detention: $15/hr after 3 hours
▪️ Layover: $100/day after 6 hours
▪️ Inspection Bonus: Get rewarded for doing things right.
▪️ Referral Bonus: $1,200 when you bring another professional onboard.
❗This is a 1099 position - weekly settlements, direct deposit.❗

DO YOU QUALIFY? 📋
We’re hiring professionals who take trucking seriously:
▪️ Valid CDL-A required
▪️ Minimum 1 year OTR, with 6+ months of flatbed experience
▪️ Confident in load securement (chains, straps, tarps)
▪️ Clean MVR — no major violations or accidents
▪️ Must pass a drug test (No SAP)
▪️ No recent DUIs or criminal charges
