I am waiting for disability to be approved. It's likely it will be approved but it's still in the process. I need a safe place to live during the process and potentially as a roommate afterwards.
I have physical and cognitive limitations following multiple heart failures.
For the meantime I can offer lite housework and cooking in exchange for a room. Once disability is approved then a reasonable rental agreement would be preferred.
