Hello!

I graduated college in 2012 with a diploma in Office Administration. There, I took entry-level and expert-level classes in Microsoft Office and computers (typing). I was hired before graduating as a legal secretary and eventually went on to become an office manager for a human resources consulting firm. I excelled in both capacities and truly became an asset to both companies because of my expertise in clerical work. I had my first child in 2016 and took time off of work to raise her. Since the birth of my child, I have managed reservations via virtually for an Inn at Banner Elk, NC, and a campground in Concord, NC. My duties have included, but are not limited to: Document formatting and document management. I am especially talented in Word documents and Microsoft Excel, with a special interest in Excel spreadsheets. I have come across so many business owners who do things the hard way because of their lack of knowledge with Excel. My service offers document setup and management, as well as crash courses in Excel.

I consider myself a jack of all trades in clerical work. My home is equipped with the latest computer equipment, scanning/printing/fax capabilities.
