Experienced Commercial and Residential project manager/builder. Willing to travel.
Can handle complete builds. Everything from Planning, Budget, Design/engineering, Site Prep, Infrastructure, Stormwater, Foundation, Build out, Trades, Safety Compliance, DOT Precon, Utilities, Permitting & Inspections, Fire and Life Safety and anything else required up to CO or COC. Relationships will vendors and subs acquired over the last decade locally.
Primarily building in Brunswick, New Hanover, Columbus, Pender and Onslow counties but am happy to travel as required.
