I've managed budgets to $6m+ and staff size to 20+ personnel.

I'm a skilled problem solver with a diverse set of experiences and over 35 professional references including CEOs and COOs of large non-profit groups and private sector companies.

I've managed construction projects in custom retail, banking and operational health care settings, as well as schools and single- and multi-family residential, primarily remodel projects, with ground-up experience primarily in residential construction.

Building upon a background as a residential design build contractor, I have three years of international PM experience, plus two years experience in Manhattan, in operations and project management, and several years of larger budget and staff management experience in running disaster recovery and reconstruction programs both in the U.S. and international.

I'm currently seeking employment in Wilmington because I have recently purchased a home here and I'm seeking to permanently settle. I'd be happy to have the opportunity to grow with a great team of people.
