Wilmington, NC Company heavily involved in Clinical research seeks Full time patient travel support specialist.
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in providing patient and healthcare provider support,
Have superior organization skills and a dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Demonstrate attention to detail, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills are preferred.
Support specialist's duties include but are not limited to:
Receive and enter data for new and current clinical trial patients.
File incoming digital documents daily
Receive and respond to emails daily completing any requested action items in a timely manner. Emails must be organized and filed daily.
Candidate will be working with time sensitive paperwork and daily task completion will be required.
Book travel for clients not limited to Ground Transfers, Hotel, and flights
Serve as the point of contact for interactions with patients, study coordinators and Doctors.
This position is a full time position including Health insurance, dental Insurance, 401K, and a medical Flex spending plan.
*We prefer candidates who have previously worked remotely as this position may transition into a remote position. Training will occur in our Wilmington, NC corporate office for 2-4 weeks.
*Knowledge of MAC computers preferred.
*Preferred start date, January 2019
Position will start at $12.00 - $13.00 an hour, with potential for pay increase upon successful review in 90 days.
