Small local insurance/financial firm looking for part-time office assistant. General office responsibilities include filing; answering phone calls; scheduling appointments; monitoring calendars; opening/distributing mail; sending out mailings; preparing office correspondence and client binders/folders, as well as other administrative tasks. Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft office programs and have administrative experience. We are looking for someone hard-working and reliable.
