I have an LV1 system with a custom Dual touch screen monitor FOH desk I built from two PCT2285 Kodak monitors and a micro PC.

I've used this setup with LV1 and even as a controller for a DLive system as well.

This also includes the LV1 64 channel license.

1-Extreme Server
1-IOS-XL (8 Preamps+8 Line Outs+2Headphone outs+Extreme Server built in)
2-IOX - (12 Preamps+6 Line Outs+4Headphone outs)

That gives you a total of 32 MicPres and 6 Headphone outputs and a total of 20 line outputs with two Waves servers.

I'm currently on Version 13 of the LV1 software and it's been rock solid. I would need to upgrade to the latest version before transferring the license but that would give you V16 with upgrades for a year.
