We are seeking a dependable, skilled Handyperson to join our team in Wilmington and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has reliable transportation (truck preferred), experience with residential repairs, maintenance, and general handyman work. Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are a must. Some jobs maybe up to an hour away from Wilmington.
Responsibilities
Perform general repairs (doors, drywall, flooring, plumbing, painting, etc.)
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Handle maintenance requests, punch-outs, and minor installations
Diagnose issues and recommend repair solutions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with dispatch and property managers
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyperson, contractor, or maintenance tech
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks independently
Professional attitude and punctuality
Ability to complete jobs on time and document work
