Horizon Property Maintenance Services is looking for reliable and skilled handymen to join our growing team! We specialize in rental property maintenance, repairs, and turnover (turn) projects across Wilmington Market
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Plumbing
HVAC
Roofing
Electric
Perform general maintenance and repairs at rental properties
Handle tasks such as drywall repair, painting, flooring, light plumbing, basic electrical, door/window repair, and more
Complete turnover projects efficiently and on time
Communicate clearly with coordinators and follow work order instructions
Ensure job sites are clean and secure
✅ Requirements:
Prior handyman or maintenance experience preferred
Own tools and reliable transportation
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel to job sites across the Marlet
Must pass a background check
