Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled construction worker M-F 9a-5p (20-30 hours/wk). This position is responsible for demo, upkeep, repair, and improvement of residential homes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with broad experience in home maintenance, remodeling, and general construction.
This role covers a wide range of tasks — from lawn care and landscaping to plumbing, electrical, framing, painting, and mechanical repairs — ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.
Key Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in residential property maintenance, construction, or general contracting.
Proficiency with power tools, lawn care equipment, and maintenance machinery.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor as needed.
