For sale is a good working used Swisher Rough Cut 44. Purchased a few years ago, used it a half dozen times, then it just sat under a shed after I got a PTO bush hog. Ran the tank dry last time I used it, fired up quick after priming the fuel line. Spark plug looked old so added a new one, and I added a fuel shut off as well for ease. Run with non ethanol. It’s probably due for an oil change.

Blades didn’t want to spin freely after sitting so I just finished overhauling the hub with new OEM bearings from Swisher. Cleaned up under the flywheel while it was off, knocked the rust off, hit it with a wire brush and Rustoleum. I have a new belt, if I get time I’ll swap it. It runs and cuts fine as is, but I’d think about replacing the flywheel brake pad and maybe look at the belt tensioner (but may be an older belt). At any rate, it’s ready to cut.

Located in Brunswick County. Willing to deliver Brunswick / New Hannover at the asking price. Will deliver further for a fee, but would like to stay within a couple hours max.
