Recently closed restaurant and now in warehouse. Slightly used Vulcan VC5ED electric convection oven. New cost is $6600.00 without the extra $800 for the stand. Right now set up on single phase 208/240 power but can be switched to three phase power if needed.
All working as it should. Has 4 racks. This on a heavy duty all stainless steel rolling equipment stand. Makes for easy cleaning and moving around. BRing a trailer and we can roll it right in to it. If ad is up it is still available. First come with cash will be first serve to get it.
It is clean and ready to use. I had my employees wipe it down and out before we removed from the line. It just didn’t get used as much as needed for the space it took.
I have it temporarily wired into my panel to show it works as it should.
