Hi All. I have a Photography studio in Historic Downtown Wilmington. This is a prime outdoor shoot neighborhood with the RIVERWALK two blocks away. The studio is a flex space, where you can set it up how you need it. I have Multiple drops and lighting options (more detail if interested) . Green screen, OUTDOOR BRICK as well. Brick steps. GREAT space for changing, indoor shoots AND in tandem outdoor shots for spring SENIOR SHOTS, WEDDING, ENGAGEMENT ETC. 2 SHOOT ROOMS.

Great space for periodic shoots, headshot and creative. Space has a full bathroom and kitchen. EXPOSED BRICK and SUNKEN GARDEN. Just a walk around thew block outside offers numerous opps for natural light shots.

I rarely do INDOOR shots so it is fairly open. I'd prefer someone who will use it fairly regularly!

I also have TWO Street parking passes for the space.
