The facility has a pool, fitness center and laundry facility.
The studio is very clean and excellent for the price. It is a corner room on the second floor (top floor) with two large windows and a nice view of backyard and trees.
It has a kitchen, full bathroom (with bathtub) and walk in closet. It is unfurnished.
Two people can live here if you like.
The rent is 371.00. I paid 385. with everything including trash, sewage, water and maintanance.
These are very low costs for what you get here.
You will need the following:
1.Decent credit history or proof of former employment. If you are already enrolled in school full time, you can have a co-signer.
2. Background criminal check. To pass, you must have no felonies (ever) and no misdemeanors (within the past ten years)
The application is fifty dollars, the deposit is 100 dollars. The transfer fee is 100 dollars (actually it is 200, but Im willing to split it). Once this is arranged we would set the date fo you to move in.
