Rent is $625 which includeds cable, internet, water, trash, electricy. Located two miles from downtown in a new safe neighborhood. The room is available now through May...The home is 1300sq ft with front and back porches. The home has wonderful natural lighting and an open floor plan. Downstairs the living room opens to the kitchen which has new stainless steal appliances including a double oven, off the living room there is a half bath, and in the hallway to upstairs there is a full size washer and dryer. There are a total of three bedrooms upstairs as well as two full baths. The master bedroom has its own private full bath and walk in closet. The house is fully furnished other than the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms are occupied but both girls maintain busy schedules, both are young professionals. There is a nice stainless steal grill on the back porch, and a hammock for your enjoyment, as well as a couple of rockers on the front porch. I am looking for someone who is clean, and easy to get along with. No drugs, no smoking and sorry no pets. I have two dogs but they are coming with me. This is my home, and my furniture, due to the economy I am going away for the winter for work.
