Looking for a female roommate to move in at the end of November, current roommate is moving out of town and I need someone to take over her part of the lease. Lease ends in July!

Your room would be the master bedroom, so you get a private room and private bath, as well as a walk in closet. I also have a washer and dryer already in the apartment. The apartment is mostly furnished, besides the bedroom of course. The community is at the Reserves at Forest Hill and it has a pool, 24 hour fitness room, tennis courts, and a free computer lab. Its an amazing location, it's in the center of wilmington so you are literally minutes away from everything. and the apartment comes with its own security system for extra safety. Rent is $360 plus 1/2 utilities!

A little bit about me: My name is Holly and I'm an Interior Design student at CFCC. I'm 21 years old and I'm a junior in college. I am hoping to get a female roommate around my age, and a fellow student as well. I'm pretty easy to get along with, respectful and responsible. No smoking inside (also not 420 friendly), please. I'd really like to have someone who is reliable and can have the rent on time every month and someone that I can trust. I don't have any pets, but cats are allowed if you're willing to pay the fee.

I'm not a crazy partier (aka the apartment isn't really a place to party), but I know how to have a good time ;). I'm just a really down to earth christian girl and I'm hoping to find a roommate that I can be great friends with and share the college experience with. If you think you'd enjoy being my roomie, then please send an e-mail with some information about yourself. I'd love to meet up over coffee or something and see if we'd make a good match.
