Bedroom with attached office (or closet/dressing room) with separate entrance. Rooms are on opposite side of an "L" shaped home from the rest of the bedrooms. Room is unfurnished, rest of the house is fully furnished. Private half-bath, share a full-bath with the guest room.

2,200 sq ft home is in Bayshore, 1/4 mile from the neighborhood boat ramp on Pages Creek. Share with a girl and guy in their 30's, and a sweet dog and cat. Pets are welcome as long as they get along with ours. Enjoy a huge wrap-around deck, overlooking a private backyard with storage shed. Home has big kitchen, dining/living room, laundry room.

In addition to $400 rent, tenant will split DirecTV/Internet/Phone, trash pick-up, Progress Energy, and drinking water delivery (home is on well water).
