So i'm subletting my room in my apt. The rent will be 365$ a month and 1/3 of all utilities (usually about $100).
The room will be available Jan 1st- Apr 30th. You will be required to pay a $365 deposit that will be returned by the home owner upon evaluation at the end of the lease... Just send me an email if you're interested in learning more.
There are two guys that already live here and will continue to live here, so you will be sharing a bathroom with one of them.
