1300sq ft home with wonderful natural lighting. The home has an open floor plan, downstairs the living room opens to the kitchen, off the living room there is a half bath, and in the hallway to upstairs there is a washer and dryer. There are a total of three bedrooms upstairs as well as two full baths. The master bedroom has its own private full bath and walk in closet. The house is fully furnished other than the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms are occupied but both girls maintain busy schedules, both are young professionals. I am looking for someone who is clean, and easy to get along with. No drugs, no smoking and sorry no pets. I have two dogs but they are coming with me. In the back there is a grill on the porch and hammock in the yard. On the front porch there are two wicker like rocking chairs. Room is available November to May. Rent includes utilities cable, internet, water, trash, electricity. This is my home, and my furniture, due to the economy I am going away for the winter for work.
