Affordable, Effective Guitar Lessons for All Ages!
About Me:
I am an 18-year-old student at CFCC looking to teach guitar lessons over the summer and possibly continue afterwards if there is enough interest. I am a people person and I’ve worked with kids all of my life so I have a lot of patience. If you can’t get something at first, I won’t intimidate you; I’ll encourage you! Guitar does take a lot of practice, but I believe it should be fun!
I’ve been playing guitar for 6 years and I currently play lead guitar for a Christian performing/recording band as well as a local youth group. I can teach rhythm, lead, or a mix. I work best with rock, hardcore, Contemporary Christian, and pop/punk music.
About You:
You want to be the next big rock star. Or maybe you just want to pick up a hobby. Either way, I’ll teach you what you want to know. I won’t bore you with advanced music theory if you’re just starting out. I’ll keep you interested while showing you the fundamentals of guitar.
I’ll work with any skill level, from tuning your guitar to pulling off an awesome solo!
Parents are more than welcome to sit in during lessons!
If you have your own equipment, the best thing would be to learn with what you’ll use. But if you don’t have your own or you just don’t want to use it, I have an extra guitar and amp setup you can use during the lessons.
Depending on transportation costs, prices may increase slightly based on the location of your house. *
Prices are as follows and include all practice material:
$15 per half-hour
$25 per hour
And if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the first lesson, you don’t have to pay me anything!
