We need someone who has the ability to deal with customers and techs and still complete all work in a timely manner.
Associate is needed to assist in day to day operations, from keeping the property clean to managing daily procedures & policy's.
Applicant must have the drive & ability to exceed occupancy goals , while keeping delinquency rates low.
Must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to succeed in an independant work environment.
Must be able to perform collections, sales and rentals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
PC Literate
Experience preferred in self storage rentals/truck rental/customer service area's.

Pay: $12 hour, 2% commission on sales, and an opportunity for monthly bonuses.

Hours: 9:30-6:00 mon-fri ( first 2 weeks of training are 8:30-5:00)
Must have outstanding written communication skills, and ability to convey warmth of a smile in their typed responses, just as a phone agent uses inflection to convey empathy on the phone.
Must have strong and proven (or ability to demonstrate) typing skills that would permit them to manage up to three or more customer care chat sessions at a time.
Must have attention to detail as it is imperative to pay close attention to what customers say so they don’t have to repeat themselves—a challenge when agents are handling several chats at one time.

To be certain that a candidate is a good-fit for our company, a 90- Day Provisional Period is required. During this time, candidates will operate as part of the Customer Service Team, undergo a 30-Day (paid) training and primary assessment period. If candidate proves to be a good fit, the remaining 60 days will involve product knowledge and sales training, as well as take on more integral roles within the department.

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a minimum high school diploma. Medical background preferred.
Requires basic knowledge and understanding of medical supplies. Candidate must possess strong organizational skills. The ability to communicate with medical staff knowledgeably and tactfully. Must be competent and proficient with personal computer.
JOB DUTIES: Track medical inventory transfers.
Receive and process IV orders.
Maintain positive control and Inventory Log.
Assist Inventory Analyst in adjusting Purchase Orders to maintain formularies.
Receive and track ordered medical supplies and equipment.
Process all incoming orders, including scanning items for billing and inventory control.
Ship orders out to necessary locations and track to verify proper and timely delivery.
Assist Inventory Analyst in assigned duties as he/she deems necessary.
