GREAT location. One side is the MLK parkway taking only minutes to downtown (cape fear community college). The other side is Market, Kerr intersects so easy access to anywhere UNCW, is 5 minutes away. The apartment is on the top floor so plenty of privacy and very peaceful. The apartment faces the back of the complex so you have a tree view instead of a parking lot view. This place is very pet friendly I don't think they have a size restriction just breed restrictions. Pool, laundy room, small workout room, volleyball court, and a car washing/vacuum spot.There is adishwasher.My electric bill is running 50 dollars and the water is 25dollars (average). I need to move away for school, the apartment is very clean ( reason moved here) it has a washer and dryer hook up ( the stackable kind though) you can rent one from the apartments for an additional 45 on your rent. There was no deposit so but I did pay a non refundable 500 dollar pet deposit, so if you have a pet/pets you dont have to pay that. You would have to go through the Abbotts Run Apartment so you have to fill out an application there is a fee of 75 dollars for that but I would be willing to pay that since you are doing me a favor. No other fees, no contract fee, so pretty much just pay rent.The lease is up in mid June17. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me, you can come see the apartment if you want. The apartment itself is a one bedroom, one bath, with a full kitchen, living room area, and a study with ample shelves and desk drawers. The living room is a fairly nice size that offers space for a couch and a couple of chairs. The kitchen has a small bar with enough room to fit two barstools comfortably. Also the kitchen provides plenty of counter and cabinet space, lots and lost of cabinet space. The stove and refrigerator are new, they were installed a few months ago. In the bedroom it has two medium sized closets and the overall size of the room is huge. The apartment itself has a security system and I’ve never had any trouble in the neighborhood. The complex is about a block and a half away from UNCW, easily walking distance for any student. <br>

Right now the rent for the apartment is 570 but I need to move as quickly is possible. I’m willing to pay 50.00 of the rent for the first THREE months after someone has moved in. Please be in touch as soon as you can! <br>
