Ability to :
Spend a good portion of your day on the phone collecting accounts efficiently.
Work at a fast pace and be able to multitask with 98.5% accuracy.
Minimize charge-off; less than two percent of the total outstanding.
Be an extremely Professional.
Use creativity and sales techniques; preventing repossessions.
Focus, train, plan, motivate, have strong closing techniques.
You must have a true desire to collect accounts (it takes a special person),
Be able to work in the Field; going to see past due accounts on their turf.
