Seeking a part-time experienced Bookkeeper for a local Accounting Firm. Prior Accounting Firm experience and extensive knowledge of QuickBooks required.


SUMMARY:

Provide accurate detailed QuickBooks accounting and consulting services of the highest quality to multiple clients in-house and on customer sites.


Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism are of the upmost importance.


The ideal candidate is a well-spoken, highly motivated, customer orientated team member.


Organization and attention to detail is a must along with versatility, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task between clients.


Excellent communication and prioritization skills needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years extensive QuickBooks accounting in all QuickBooks functions


- Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Word & Excel


- Minimum 2 years prior experience in an Accounting Firm


- Ability to promote bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to new and existing clients


- Point-of-Sale and other accounting software experience a plus - but not required
